The experience underpinning H4X Systems has deep foundations across both Defence and telecommunications, complemented by maritime systems integration, national infrastructure, enterprise transformation, Technical Authority and commercial leadership.
Contemporary Defence experience spans Land and Air capability in Integrated Force and coalition contexts. The work includes Mission Engineering, Digital Engineering, MBSE, systems and systems-of-systems engineering, and enterprise, program and solution architecture. Air-domain experience includes Air Battle Management and Air Traffic Management.
H4X Systems brings substantial experience across telecommunications, networked services and national digital infrastructure, including Telstra and nbn environments, carrier-scale networks, network and service architecture, OSS/BSS, fulfilment and assurance, enterprise transformation and complex supplier ecosystems.
Experience spans enterprise, capability, program and solution architecture, together with formal Technical Authority, technical product ownership and architecture governance. The work has involved target states, technical baselines, supplier choices, transition, technical debt, risk, investment trade-offs and independent advice.
The experience base includes strategic architecture and CTO-level leadership, business and technology planning, P&L responsibility, supplier and investment decisions, and leadership across multidisciplinary and matrixed workforces of more than 200 people.
Complex maritime experience includes radar, GPS and navigation, RF, SATCOM and VSAT, shipboard ICT and networks, security, AV, control, automation and multi-vendor integration across high-value superyachts, including Southern European and Mediterranean operations from Palma.
The operational and engineering foundation behind H4X Systems includes Army Signals, tactical and deployable communications, C4ISR, EW, SIGINT, SATCOM, RF systems, field integration, trials, maintenance and technical training, including advanced Tactical Data Link and Joint Data Network training for Situational Awareness.
